FOCUS: strength/cardio/stretch/relax (pick and chose)

TIME: 45minutes

STUDENTS: 1-10

 

 2: I WANT TO SHARE THE EXPERIENCE/I CANT or WONT DO IT ALONE

Get your friends/family onboard to share the experience, be accountable and show up. No excuses!

FOCUS: strength/endurance/stretch/relax/meditate/explore poses or learn more about yoga

TIME: 60 to 90 minutes

PLACE: home

STUDENTS: 1-10

 

 3: I NEED ME TIME

Commit to a solid hour of work on your body and mind, no distractions and no interruptions.

FOCUS: endurance/focus/meditate/other

TIME: 60min

PLACE: home or office

STUDENT: 1

 

4. I HAVE AN ISSUE

Recovering from an injury, in chronic pain, feeling limited in some capacity, you require a very specific program to suit your situation.

FOCUS: personalized, can be as simple as “feel better”

TIME: 60 to 90min

PLACE: home or office

STUDENT: 1

5 I HAVE DIET/WEIGHT/HEALTH QUESTIONS
